Dear Carver Elementary Families,

It is with great excitement and gratitude that I welcome you to a new school year at Carver Elementary! As one of your Assistant Principals, I am honored to join the Carver family and serve this incredible community of students, educators, and families.

My journey in education began at the University of Texas at Austin, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Learning and Development. Driven by a passion for leadership and ensuring success for all students, I later earned a Master of Science in Educational Management from the University of Houston–Clear Lake. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving students in a variety of special education settings, experiences that have strengthened my belief that every child deserves to feel valued, supported, and capable of achieving great things.

At Carver Elementary, our Panthers Roar with Pride and Learn with Heart. These words reflect our commitment to creating a school culture built on respect, resilience, compassion, and academic growth. We believe every student has unique strengths, and it is our responsibility to provide the support, encouragement, and opportunities they need to thrive. No matter where a student begins, we believe in their ability to grow, succeed, and accomplish extraordinary things.

As we begin this school year together, I look forward to building strong partnerships with our families and community. By working together, we can create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where every Panther is empowered to reach their fullest potential. Together, we will celebrate progress, embrace challenges as opportunities to learn, and foster a culture where students are encouraged to dream big and achieve their goals.
